Need to cancel or update your order?

Our VeyesBeauty support team is ready to assist.

  • For cancellation requests, email us at veyesbeautylashes@gmail.com within 24 hours after placing the order and before the status changes to “Shipped.”
  • Our service hours are 1:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Mon - Fri (UTC).
  • Messages sent outside this window will be handled on the next business day. If your order is already packed or shipped when we review the request, cancellation will no longer be possible.

What happens if the order has already shipped?

If the package has been shipped and can no longer be canceled, you may:

  • Attempt to refuse the delivery through your local carrier.
  • If refusal is not available, contact veyesbeautylashes@gmail.com after the parcel arrives so a return can be arranged.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Received an incorrect or damaged item?

If the item arrives wrong or damaged, please email veyesbeautylashes@gmail.com within 10 days and include photos of the product. We will review the case with our team and send the correct item or a replacement at no cost.

Missing Package / Delivery Concerns

If tracking says “Delivered” but the package has not arrived, contact us within 45 days from the delivery date shown in the tracking details.

To help us open a carrier investigation quickly, send the following details to veyesbeautylashes@gmail.com:

  • Your order number.
  • The tracking number.

We will reach out to the carrier for a trace request on your behalf. Carriers may have limited investigation periods, often 90-180 days from shipment, so reporting promptly is important. We will update you once the carrier provides their findings.

Notes: We are unable to process refund or replacement requests for missing parcels reported more than 45 days after the marked delivery date, since these cases can no longer be effectively investigated with the carrier.

How do I return items?

  • Contact veyesbeautylashes@gmail.com within 30 days after your order is received.
  • Returns are accepted only for USA customers and must be sent back to our USA warehouse.
  • Returned products must remain original, unopened, unused, and photos must be shared before shipment.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

If the return is requested by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The exact cost depends on the shipping company selected.

If the issue is caused by us, such as receiving damaged or incorrect goods, the consumer does not need to cover the shipping fee for that reason.

Note: Returns cannot be accepted for orders delivered more than 30 days ago.

Exchanges

Damaged or defective products may be exchanged for the same item. Please contact us at veyesbeautylashes@gmail.com to request an exchange.

If you need a replacement urgently, you may place a new order. Once the defective product is returned, we will issue a full refund for the replacement order.

Refund

After your return is received and inspected, we will email you with the refund status. Approved refunds are processed within 2-3 business days, and the amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared yet:

  1. Review your bank account and contact your credit card provider, as processing can take time.
  2. If the issue remains unresolved, email us at veyesbeautylashes@gmail.com.
